Whole Wheat Apple Cinnamon Pancakes!

Sunday Breakfast was a family tradition in my family.
Dad would wake up early and start cooking.
Sunday Breakfast always included two types of pancakes, Lil' Smokies, fried potatoes, omelets, and eggs.  Many times we enjoyed Sunday Breakfast with with several members from our family or from church.

Dad would make blueberry or plain pancakes and then he would make my favorite apple cinnamon pancakes just for me.  He made his pancakes from scratch but today we took the easy route and made pancakes from a box and added apples and cinnamon.
Our how-to is at the bottom.

The girls love to help me cook!
I put our favorite Disney playlist on and we got to making some YUMMY pancakes!

How we made them:
Aunt Jemima's Whole Wheat Pancake Mix
2 Small Fuji Apples (Finely Chopped)
A few shakes of Cinnamon

1. Prepare the pancake mix as directed on the box.
2. Add the apples and a few shakes of cinnamon to taste.
3. Cook pancakes as usual and enjoy!
